俯卧复位法 正骨手法之一。本手法可用于腰椎间盘突出及颈椎错位的治疗。具体方法为:让俯卧,两腿稍分开。医者双拇指触诊腰部,摸清偏歪的棘突。如以向右偏为例:医者应站在患者的右侧,面对侧方,将左臂从病人右大腿下面伸进,将其右大腿抱起,以患肢为支点旋转大腿,同时用右手拇指借患者大腿摇转牵引之力,将偏向右侧的棘突拨正。余后操作同端坐复位法。详见该条。
