Methods:To test the levels of 100 cases of hepatitis B related end-stage liver disease(31 cases of liver cancer,34 cases of liver cirrhosis,35 cases of chronic severe hepatitis) patients on admission CMV-pp65,HBV-DNA and white blood cells.
目的:调查乙肝相关性终末期肝病患者活动性巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,CMV)感染情况,研究活动性CMV感染与HBV-DNA及白细胞的关系,探讨CMV-IgM抗体诊断活动性CMV感染的意义,为临床活动性CMV感染诊疗提供参考。

在患疟疾过程中，原虫抗原可能与相应的抗体结合成免疫复合物，这种抗原-抗体复合物沉积于肾小球的毛细血管基膜上，激活补体，产生白细胞趋化因子，引起中性粒细胞在局部积聚，释放蛋白溶解酶，引起肾损害。本病在三日疟患者中较多见：尿中有红细胞、白细胞、管型及蛋白，有时面部及踝部微肿等，疟疾治愈后，症状很快消失。
