中国大鲵(Andrias davidianus)简称大鲵,是我国特有的有尾两栖动物,也是全球现存两栖类中体形最大、寿命最长的古老动物,故有“活化石”之称。

The fatty acid compositions of Andrias davidianus oil were analysed with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS); meanwhile the viscosity and the shear stress of the oil and its mixture with peanut oil at various ratios (75:25, 50:50, 25:75) were measured with rheometer.
采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析大鲵油的脂肪酸组成;采用流变仪测定大鲵油及其和花生油不同配比(75:25、50:50、25:75)时的黏度和剪切应力随剪切速率的变化。

| 大鲵属 Megalobatrachus 有尾目隐鳃鲵科的一属。头部极扁平，背腹面密生许多成对的小疣粒。眼小，无眼睑，口裂大。上下颌有细齿。躯干扁平而粗壮；四肢短，指 4，尾后部侧扁，末端钝圆 。体多呈棕褐色，有的个体背面有深色斑 。中国有大鲵1种 ，日本有日本大鲵 1种。大鲵是有尾目中体形最大的， 最长可达1.8米，体重约 40千克。大鲵一般生活在石灰岩地段水质清澈、水温低、河床多穴洞的溪流中。多单独生活，惧光喜暗，食物以蟹、鱼类为主，也捕蛇、虾、水生昆虫、小鳖等。大鲵是珍贵的观赏动物，还是研究动物系统发育的好材料，已被列为保护动物。 |
