超低渗透钻井液(又称无渗透或无侵害钻井液)是近年来钻井液新技术中的关注热点之一,它的主要作用是:在多级桥塞材料对高渗透性介质的封堵基础上,进一步引入一类人工合成的高分子材料,该材料属于两性高分子,能够形成缔合胶团,在一定温度和压力下能够变形变软,形成对高渗透地层的致密封堵,因而,在钻遇压力衰竭地层、裂缝发育地层、高渗透层以及长裸眼多压力层系等地层时,具有显著的随钻防漏、堵漏作用。
