作膀胱压力容积测定时对逼尿肌无收缩或低压收缩者,利用拟胆碱类药物盐酸氨甲酰胆碱(bethanechol)来评价逼尿肌功能的一项检查方法。皮下注射bethanechol 2.5mg,30min后按常规方法作膀胱压力容积测定,若膀胱压力增加15cmH2O则为膀胱去神经的证据。此试验可应用于鉴别神经源性或非神经源性膀胱不能收缩。
