Using land tenancy theory in the information economics,this paper mainly analyzed student credit game problems with complete information and with moral hazard, and made credit game models respectively, and also founded an equilibrium-load solution.

Through introducing the background and situation about the execution of credit-in-aid loans, the paper believes that the execution of credit-in-aid loans has very positive meaning, and presents the way of thinking to resolve the bottleneck existing in the process of credit-in-loans execution.
