【性状】
本品为加矫味剂的颗粒。
【鉴别】
(1)取本品细粉适量，加水制成每1ml中约含庆大霉素1mg的溶液，取1ml，照 硫酸庆大霉素项下鉴别(1)项试验，显相同的反应。 (2)取本品与庆大霉素标准品，分别加水制成每1ml中各约含庆大霉素1mg的溶液；另取 本品与庆大霉素标准品，分别加水制成每1ml中各含庆大霉素1mg的混合溶液。照薄层色谱 法(附录Ⅴ B)试验，吸取上述三种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板(临用前于105℃ 活化2小时)上；另取氯仿-甲醇-氨溶液(1:1:1)混合振摇，放置，分取下层混合液为展开剂， 展开后，取出，于20～25℃晾干，置碘蒸汽中显色，混合溶液所显斑点数应与标准品溶液 一致，供试品溶液与混合溶液所显斑点数、颜色及位置应相同。 (3)取本品，照硫酸庆大霉素项下鉴别(3)项试验，显相同的反应。 (4)本品的水溶液显硫酸盐的鉴别反应(附录Ⅲ)。
【检查】
干燥失重 取本品，以五氧化二磷为干燥剂，在60℃减压干燥至恒重，减失 重量不得过2.0％(附录Ⅷ L)。 其他 应符合颗粒剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ N)。
【含量测定】
取装量差异项下的内容物，混合均匀，精密称取适量，加灭菌水制成每 1ml中含1000单位的溶液，照硫酸庆大霉素项下的方法测定。

同硫酸庆大霉素。
