Based on VEC model,this paper tests the linkage between FDI in producer services and manufacturing FDI with data of direct investment flowed into China from USA from 1982 to 2006,and draws a conclusion that the existing manufacturing FDI is pursued by FDI in producer services from home country.
借助于VEC模型,以1988—2006年美国对中国的直接投资数据,检验生产者服务业FDI与制造业FDI之间的关系,结果表明,流入东道国的制造业FDI明显受到来自母国的生产者服务业FDI的追逐。

In view of the spillover effects of FDI corporations exports on that of domestic corporations,the relations between FDI corporations export and that of domestic corporations during 1981 and 2006 was studied by the method of co-integration.
针对FDI企业出口产生的溢出效应会影响内资企业出口的问题,运用协整分析方法研究了1981～2006年FDI企业出口与我国内资企业出口的关系,结果表明FDI企业出口是影响我国内资企业出口的重要因素,即FDI企业出口对内资企业出口存在正溢出效应。
6) FDI in service industry
服务业FDI

The result of co-integration analysis reveals that there exists a long-run and balanced relationship between FDI in service industry and the overall growth of service industry, FDI in service industry promotes the overall development of service industry of our country.
协整分析结果表明,服务业FDI和我国服务业总体增长之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,服务业FDI促进了我国服务业总体增长。
