性质:又称木瓜凝乳蛋白酶。由番木瓜乳液(papaya latex)分离而得的巯基蛋白酶粉末。分子量36000。PH值 10.1。易溶于水,在低于PH值1.8溶液中十分稳定,最适PH值2.5~4.0。为一种蛋白水解酶。蛋白分解活性是木瓜蛋白酶的两倍。临床用于抗炎消肿和治疗椎间盘病。
