松软金沙玉米
材料：
甜玉米罐头一罐、青豆（豌豆）100g、红甜椒一个、咸蛋黄10个、姜片少许、料酒少许
制作方法：
1、罐头甜玉米沥干水份待用。红甜椒切成小粒，在不放油的锅中稍稍炒干水气。
2、咸蛋黄用微波炉叮熟，压成粉状（尽量压细）待用。
3、青豆洗净沥干，均匀的裹上薄薄一层生粉，放入6成热的油锅炸至表面略微发皱。
4、锅中留底油（油要少），放入姜片呛锅后夹出扔掉，咸蛋黄加少许料酒小火炒至翻沙，然后放入玉米粒和青豆翻炒至熟，最后加入甜椒粒再翻炒均匀，即可起锅。因为有了咸蛋黄的缘故，偶就没有放盐了，不过，大家做的时候可以尝尝味道，如果觉得差点咸味，再适量加盐。
