我公司在过去制造“67”型圆弧齿轮过程中 ,已经形成了自己的工艺方法和特点 ,不论是凸齿还是凹齿 ,我们的制造要点是 :(1)严格控制齿坯外径尺寸精度和位置精度 ;(2 )模数m≤12的齿轮用同模数圆弧滚刀加工 ;模数m >2的齿轮 ,粗切齿时选择渐开线齿轮滚刀可以提高加工效率 ;(3)控制好粗切深度 ,要留有充分的精切余量 ,然后再使用圆弧滚刀精切 ,可以提高刀具使用寿命。
