骶骨
骶骨由5个结合在一起的骶椎构成，其外侧部从上到下迅速缩小，略呈三角形，尖向下。骶骨上面称为骶骨底，其前缘称骶骨岬。是骨盆测量的内部标志。骶骨前面有4对骶前孔，后面有4对骶后孔，中央为一骶管，与椎管相延续，骶神经及尾神经由骶管及骶前和后孔通过。在骶骨外侧面，左右各有一耳状面与髂骨相应面形成骶髂关节。
