外症喉痈 外症喉痈 病名。又名外喉痈。系指痈发于颏下，对正咽喉以外者。多由风毒邪火挟痰循经上灼于咽喉所致。症见颏下，正咽喉之外、内外皆肿，外形如馒者，色红疼痛，有碍饮食吞咽。《喉科秘旨》卷下：“此症生于颌下天突穴之上，内外皆肿，饮食有碍”。治宜解毒、祛风、泻火、消肿。用普济消毒饮、清瘟败毒饮等加减。或外敷如意金黄散。
