According to the different states of which can be seen in Centre Pompidou,Sendai Mediatheque,and Kansai Airport Terminal,this article analyzes and compares the structural configuration strategy and correlative expressivity from different point of views by using concepts:"clarity","tension"and"dynamics".

Comparing with several recently built airport in China, this article summarized some main characters ot the design of passenger terminal building of Haikou Meilan international airport so as to explore some general ideas for airport design such as one-turn design and by-stages construction and so on.
