Through the study of the exercise systems of two sets of Chinese textbooks for junior middle schools published by the people s Education Press before and after the birth of Chinese Curriculum standard, we have found that there is mush stress on humanism in the new textbook.

Consequently, whether the exercise system of Chinese textbooks can be designed superiorly in this aspect has an important bearing on the result of Chinese education.

The objective of setting the exercise system is to help students review and consolidate language knowledge, train language skills, improve the attainment of language.

A Chinese textbook often consists of four parts, including text system, knowledge system, exercise system, and help-reading system.

Using ASP+Access+Excel technology,the web exercise system based on B/S mode is designed,which can accomplish random subject practice,questions of maintenance,on-line exercise,automatic scoring,on-line interactive,on-line learning and information derived,and other important functions.

In order to ensure physical teaching to go on smoothly and make students body develop healthily, we should take body quality exercise as the content of physical teaching.
