【采集】
狗杀死后,剔去骨胳上的筋肉,将骨挂于当风处晾干。不能曝晒,以免走油变色。
【药材】
骨质坚实,不甚沉重,白色或微黄色,断面不平正,内心网状髓质不明显。以四肢骨为佳。
【化学成分】
狗骨的化学组成,因骨的种类等而有差异。新鲜的骨约含:水分50%,脂肪16%,骨胶原12%,无机物22%。无机物中大约一半以上是磷酸钙,次之是碳酸钙(约10%)和磷酸镁(约2%);又氟化钙含率虽低,但仍是骨的重要成分。
【性味】
甘,温。 ①《纲目》:"甘,平,无毒。" ②《四川中药志》:"性温,味辛咸,无毒。"
【功用主治】
健脾和络,活血生肌。治风湿痛,腰腿无力,四肢麻木,久痢,疮瘘,冻疮。 ①《别录》:"烧灰疗下利,生肌。" ②陶弘景:"烧屑疗诸疮瘘及妒乳痈肿。" ③《本草拾遗》:"煎为粥,热补,令妇人有子。" ④《蜀本草》:"主补虚,小儿惊痫,止下利。" ⑤《纲目》:"烧灰,米饮日服,治休息久痢;猪脂调,敷鼻中疮。" ⑥《四川中药志》:"治风湿关节痛,冷骨风痛,腰腿无力及四肢麻木。"
【用法与用量】
内服:浸酒或烧存性研末,3~5钱。外用:烧灰研末调敷。
【选方】
①治产后烦闷不食:白犬骨烧之,捣筛,以水和服方寸匕。(《千金翼方》白犬骨散) ②治冻疮:犬骨焙灰研末,芝麻油调涂患处。(《福州市台江区验方汇集》)
