To improve the accuracy of an altitude axis precision model,the centerpart,a main part effeting altitude axis precision is analyzed by the Finite Element Method(FEM),and then the curve of altitude axis max deformation versus pitch angle is obtained.

This paper analyzes the causes of DQ5030 bucker stacker reclaimer cantilever lifting failure,through analysis,we knows that the reasons are faults of the components of pitching system,and presents,the detection process of the components,and the inspection process according to the fault parts,to handle the bugs of pitching system.
