Puts forward the concept of practical evaluating indoor temperature evaluation,based on the test data,discusses the measuring point locating,duration,sampling interval,instrument selection, total absolute error limit and result evaluation.

Based on the rock-bit interaction model, a new laboratory evaluation method taking the trend angle of deviation (TAD) as a criterion for evaluating the deviation control capacity (DCC) of a BHA was put forward.

The results indicate that the maximal indoor temperature difference between test hot-box(with PV-Trombe wall) and the reference hot-box(without PV-Trombe wall) can reach to 6 ℃,the maximal difference between the indoor temperature of test-hot box and the ambient can reach to 18 ℃.

The control process of indoor temperature by thermostat and the important concepts concerned in the design are introduced.

In order to meet need of the Energy Saving Department to measure and control room temperature in public building,a measuring and controlling system have been developed which can transmit the data of room temperature in every public building in a city.
