This paper firstly introduces the numerical simulation of Sobol low discrepancy sequence into helicopter vulnerability to produce the threat hit location distribution, then the random sampling and roulette wheel method is used to determine the component kill state, and the helicopter cumulated kill probability can be obtained by statistic approach.
