To study the condensing process and mechanism analysis of compact spinning system with inspiratory groove,flowing state was analyzed in the convergence zone,then trajectory of the fiber bundle in the flow field was simulated by Matlab procedure,and the condensing effect of airflow for fibers was analyzed.
为了探讨气流槽聚型集聚纺纱系统的集聚过程和机理,首先分析了集聚过程的气流流动状况,然后利用Matlab模拟了须条在集聚气流场中的运动轨迹,并分析了气流对须条的集聚效果。
