针对5m厚板轧机加热与轧制协调生产中存在的加热炉抽钢与轧制节奏不相匹配的问题,通过对厚板产品结构、工艺流程及排程优化技术在钢铁企业中应用现状的分析,提出了排程优化技术在厚板加热与轧制协调生产中的应用要件、建模方法、求解算法等实施方案,能最大程度地缓解两工序间存在的产能差异问题,有利于轧机产能的提升,对解决钢铁企业中普遍存在的加热与轧制工序间生产能力匹配问题有所帮助。
