Based on the statistical data from 1990 to 2006,this paper analyzes the relationship between technological progress index(TPI) and economic growth.
以1990-2006年中国相关统计数据为基础,在建立技术进步指标体系的基础上,采用因子分析法,构建了技术进步水平指数(TPI),并对以技术进步水平指数测度的我国技术进步水平与经济增长之间的关系进行了定量研究,得到以下几点结论:第一,我国技术进步与经济增长间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,但技术进步对我国经济增长的贡献率很小;第二,我国技术进步和经济增长具有双向因果关系;第三,当技术进步受到一定冲击发生变化时,能够给经济增长带来长久、持续的正向影响。
