On December 4th,2008,National Broadcast Television Board and The Ministry of Science and technology of the State signed"Cooperation Agreement on National High-Performance Broad -Band Information Net and Self-Innovation of Next-Generation Broadcast Television Net,which shows that the next-generation broadcast television net was kicked off.
随着2008年12月4日国家广电总局与国家科技部签署了《国家高性能宽带信息网暨中国下一代广播电视网自主创新合作协议书》,这标志着中国下一代广播电视网NGB正式启动,NGB是以有线电视数字化和移动多媒体广播电视(CMMB)的成果为基础,以自主创新的"高性能宽带信息网"(3TNet)核心技术为支撑,可实现"三网融合"、有线无线相结合、全程全网、可管可控的下一代广播电视网络,本文就NGB的建设问题进行一些探讨。
