Empirical Study About Urban Elderly of "Empty Nest" and Their Loneliness;

Mental health status of elderly empty nesters in communities and the social support policies

From the view of the concept of "empty nest older",this article analyses the economic and social causes offers relevant suggestions and perspectives.

The findings suggests that factors were the limited economic condition, the low salary of the elder people, a large number of the empty-nest elder people and the incomplete rural cooperative medical system.
