The social survey results for the community at large on the competitive sports violence\'s cognitive of the general perception,the acts of the nature,the meaning as defined,responsibility approach,is the premise and basis ofthe criminal law\'s intervention,and also is the demonstration foundation of the academic research and the legislation\'s improvement.

There are many arguments in these countries, but they have justified the criminal liability of sports violence.

Based on the method of documentation,the present paper analyzes the origins of sports violence, the reasons why audiences love sports programs,and the relevant research of demonstrations , then draw the conclusion that sports violence can enhance the enjoyment of sports programs.

The paper makes an analysis of society security negative factors caused by sports violence and put forwards from 3 aspects the prevention and control of sports violence events so as to reduce the unstable factors for society caused by sports violence.
