Based on the experimental study on uplift forces of waves by some scholars,some kinds of calculation formulas of wave impact pressure acting on offshore open structure are compared and tested.

Based on the experimental study on uplift forces of waves by some scholars and the pattern of an open wharf, this paper analyzes further the known experimental data and concludes that the distribution of wave uplift pressure acting on an open structure face slab consists of impact pressure distribution and uniform pressure distribution.

Based on the character and advantages of semi-permeable pavement,the paper discusses the material selection,mixture ratio,construction technique related to semi-permeable pavement through the engineering instance.

Now, the city transportation system of our city has much problem and the structure of transportation way is not reasonable, so we ought to study these problems further in order to get right developing strategy of transportation structure for reference on development of our city transportation.
