Under conditions of controlled dropping rate of trichlorosilane and reaction temperature,trichlorosilane hydrolyzes to form octahydridospherosiloxane(OHS) and decahydridospherosiloxane by catalysis of anhydrous FeCl_3 in biphasic solvents.
在控制水含量和体系温度的前提下,在两相溶剂中,三氯硅烷在FeC l3催化下发生水解缩合,反应生成笼形八氢基倍半硅氧烷和十氢基倍半硅氧烷,然后分离、中和干燥、纯化,重结晶后制得八氢基倍半硅氧烷,产率大约19%。
