This paper bases with the application of Geographic Information system in agricultural census, around the indicator dimension、spatial dimension and time dimension, puts forward the design thought and total structure of statistical Geographic Information system, and emphasis on the spatial visualization and theme analysis aspects in agricultural census achievements.
