Based on the data of hydrology, vegetation and socio-economy during the last 50 years in the Tarim River Basin, this paper estimated the impact of anthropogenic activities on surface runoff through trend analysis, and measured the relationship between factorsof anthropogenic activities and surface runoff and groundwater quality by correlation analysis and principal component analysis.

Project of Being Expert in "Three Techniques"
San一shou Huodong“三手”活动(ROjeet of Being Expert in“Three Techniques”)中国人民解放军在训练中开展神枪手、神炮手、技术能手活动的简称。传统的群众性练兵活动之。I]的是激发士兵练兵热情，提高军人专业技术水平。早在抗日战争时期，部队中就开展了“朱德射击手”、“贺龙投弹手”、“陈毅投弹手”和“特等刺杀手”等活动。1956年6月，总政治部颁发了《优等射手和技术能手的一般标准》，1962年4月总参谋部、总政治部下发《神枪手、神炮手、技术能手基本标准》，各部队依据“三手”标准，厂一泛开展“三手”活动，对促进群众练兵、完成战斗和执勤任务发挥了重要作用。1980年4月，总参谋部、总政治部、总后勤部币新修订的《神枪手、神炮手、技术能手从本标准》颁发部队执行。“三手”的训练和培养，通常由团制定计划，培训教练员，组织集训，进行考核验收;营负责解决训练中的技术难点，调配器材和场地;连负责具体组织实施训练。神枪手、神炮手、技术能手区分为一级、二级两个等级，每个等级都有具体的评定标准和要求。评定的方法，结合年终军事训练考核进行，凡符合条件者，由连提名，营审查，经团(或相当于团)批准，颁发证书。(姜愚)
