| 疝 睾丸、阴囊肿胀疼痛，甚则痛引少腹的一类疾病。又称疝气。多因感受外邪、房室不节、劳倦过度、情志不调及秉赋不足等引起。痰湿久留、瘀血内结亦可致疝。常见证型有：①寒疝。证见阴囊硬冷、睾丸疼痛、喜暖畏寒。寒实者，用椒桂汤疏肝理气散寒；虚寒者，用暖肝煎温阳行气。②水疝。证见阴囊水肿，囊湿汗出，或痛或痒。寒湿证用五苓散加减以化气利水；湿热证用大分清饮以泄热利水。③气疝。证见阴囊肿胀，少腹下坠，时缓时急。气滞证用天台乌药散以疏肝理气；气虚证用补中益气汤益气举陷。④狐疝。证见阴囊单侧肿大，时上时下、胀痛俱作。治宜疏肝散寒理气，方用导气汤加减。⑤疝。证见阴囊胀大，肿硬重坠，麻木不知痛痒。痰湿瘀结者用橘核丸加味以行气利湿，软坚消肿；痰热瘀结者，治宜清热化湿，软坚消肿，方用龙胆泻肝汤合橘核丸。 |
