X线检查方法之一。又称顺行肾盂造影(Antegrade pyelography)。经穿刺针将对比剂注入肾盂、肾盏使其显影的检查方法。依规范技术穿刺进入肾盂并抽吸一定量尿液后，注入一定量的水溶性碘对比剂(依肾盂容量而定)并摄片。该方法适用于重度肾盂积水者。
