适应症：
妇女更年期综合征及手术后因雌激素缺乏所引起的症状。青春期功能失调性子宫出血。妇女性腺功能不全的雌激素替代治疗。前列腺增生。
用量用法：
妇女更年期综合征及手术后因雌激素缺乏所引起的症状4-12mg/日，每20－22天为一疗程，停药后5－6天，再开始另一疗程。青春期功能失调性子宫出血 20-80mg/日，分2－3次服用。维持量为8mg/日。妇女性腺功能不全8-12mg/日。前列腺增生 12-24mg/日，4－8周为一疗程。
禁忌： 孕妇，乳腺癌，不明原因的妇科出血。
不良反应：
胃肠道不适，荨麻疹，褐黄斑，头痛，抑郁，乳房改变，阴道念珠菌病，子宫内膜增生，突破性出血，男子女性型乳房。
注意事项： 有血栓病史者、癫痫、偏头痛、心、肾功能不全患者慎用。
规格： 滴丸 4 mg x 48粒。
