用量用法：
口服：每次１～２片，每日３次。肌注：第１日１ｍｌ，以后每日增加０．５～１ｍｌ，至３～５ｍｌ后，每隔１～２日注射１次，连续２～３个月。注射前先深部肌注０．１ｍｌ，作过敏试验。
注意事项： 急性肝炎、肝昏迷患者忌用。应用注射剂时需先做过敏试验。
