黄豆瓣酱 1小匙
韭菜 3两(小号绿梗)
大蒜 1粒
油 2大匙
以鹅肉熬煮之高汤 2小匙
味精 少许
胡椒粉 酌量
香油 少许
米酒 1小匙
制作:
(1)先将鹅切段,长短不拘,用水川烫备用。
(2)韭菜切段,大蒜切片备用。
(3)起油锅,将蒜片爆香,再放韭菜,加高汤、米酒炒至韭菜转翠绿时,放入鹅肠拌炒一下,再加黄豆瓣酱调味即可起锅。最後撒胡椒粉、香油即可上桌。
