Based on capacitance standard in the extending frequency range acting as value standard and the measurement principle of four-terminal-pair impedance,measurement principle is performed to measure the high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair resistance making use of an open-sho.

And,the influence of the soft switch model for charging quality of high voltage charger is also given.

The results are of important referential value for the voltage standard and THz signal detection by Josephson junctions.

Standard capacitor is the main measuring equipment in highvoltage laboratory,its capacitance stability is very important.

This paper has carried on a large amount of research work to the insulation structure of high voltage standard capacitor, based on the analysis of the imported from 100kV Standard capacitor and the experience gained from manufacturing the 500kV standard capacitor in China.

According to the fundamental principle of a standard capacitor to be charged by linear variation voltage, a weak current generator of 10(-10) A order of magnitude has been developed.
