一、常用模具钢的锻造工艺
常用模具钢锻造工艺规范参照表9—18。

锻打过程中始锻、终锻要轻击、中间进行重击，击打过程中注意各部分变形要均匀，要保持各部分的温度的均匀；注意多向镦拔；注意保证足够的锻比，总的锻比一般为8～18，单次锻比一般为2～3，若采用5～10效果更佳。
二、新型模具钢的锻造工艺规范
