Test study of recyclic coal gas pyrolysis semi-tar combustion has been carried out on a 1 MW circulating fluidized bed(CFB) test facility for realizing co-generation of heat,electricity,and gas.

In this paper, the authors review the state and present development of these innovative technologies, such as charging composite agglomerates into blast furnace, injecting hydrogen-bearing materials into tuyeres, blast furnace top gas recycling, and incorporation of blast furnace ironmaking and large-scale power generat.

Based on illustrating the importance of the closed circuit techniq ue of the sludge water, and in the light of the concrete technical linkages of the closed circuit technique of the sludge water, this paper puts forward the gener al conception, concrete measures and corresponding feed back system for the mana gement of environmental protection.
