Cause of NHD de-sulfur solution pollution was analyzed from two aspects of physical & chemical pollutions;multi-influences caused by solution pollution on the system during long-term operation were pointed out,effect treating solution pollution was compared for settling method,filtering method and refining method;suggestions and measures were presented for protecting from solution pollution.

Through to the methyl alcohol industrial production process in the NHD desulphurization craft rich fluid separation tank fluid position control plan transformation,has solved the rich fluid separation tank fluid position undulation major problem,realized the regenerative tower to enter the fluid continuously,stabilize the fluid position.
