In this paper,the author selected 24 measurement indicators to reflect the level of regional support for SME development,and used questionnaires to collect evaluation data,and used principal component analysis methods to evaluation the strength of support for a sample of 10 provinces\' SME development and to sequence,and used Q-cluster analysis method to classify.
