Methods: 60 patients with COPD were rFEV1andomly divided into 2 groups,30 patients in A group were indicated gas swelling type in chest x-ray,30 patients in B group were indicated lung fiberalition type.
方法:将选取的60例稳定期的COPD的患者分为两组,A组30例,胸片提示为肺气肿型,B组30例,胸片提示为肺纤维化型,两组均给予噻托溴胺粉雾剂吸入治疗。
