主料
豆沙150克，糯米粉200克，水150克，榄仁12克，油适量。
做法
1、先用水把糯米粉搓成柔软适中的粉团，再将粉团搓成条形，分成12份。
2、豆沙亦分作12小份，备用。
3、将小粉团按平，包入豆沙馅，再捏成圆形略为按扁。
4、在饼上放上一粒榄仁，蒸五分钟至软。
5、把蒸好的软饼放进锅，以中火底面煎3分钟至金黄色即可。
