isc=2950ma，voc=584mv，填充因子ff=0．72，转换效率η=12．4％(测试条件：am1．5，1000w／m2，25℃)。
多晶硅太阳电池的其它特性与单晶硅太阳电池类似，如温度特性、太阳电池性能随入射光强的变化等。
