| 药典 pharmacopeia 国家对药品规格所定标准的法规文件。它规定了比较常用而有一定防治作用的药品和制剂的标准规格及检验方法，是药品生产、经营、使用和管理的依据。药典的内容一般包括两大部分。一部分是各种法定药物的名称、化学名、化学结构、分子式、含量、性质、用途、用法、鉴定、杂质检查、含量测定、规格、制剂、贮藏等项目；另一部分是制剂通则，一般的检查和测定方法、试剂等重要附录和附表。此外，还附有药品索引。中国于1930年出版了《中华药典》。中华人民共和国建立以后，于1953年出版《中华人民共和国药典》；以后又出版了1953年版第一增订本、1957年版、1963年版、1972年版、1985年版及1990年版药典。 |
