A new method for the simultaneous determination of Al,Zn,Fe and Si in color coated steel plates with 55 % aluminum-zinc alloy layer by the optimum approximation algorithm and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) is reported.
用三乙醇胺褪除镀铝锌彩涂板表面的油漆涂层 ,选用 1∶3HCl溶解热镀在冷轧钢板两面的铝锌合金镀层 ,事先不用考虑钢板中的Fe是否部分溶解到酸溶液中 ,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱同时准确测定酸溶液中Al、Zn、Si和Fe的浓度 ,采用最佳逼近算法 ,不仅准确计算镀铝锌彩涂板镀层中Al、Zn、Si和Fe的含量 ,而且钢板基板被酸所溶解下来的Fe也能准确计算出来。
