In this paper,the aim of the training of the compound talents of computer and law is given,a course framework is offered based on the aim,combined with current situation of computer and law higher education,analyzing difficultis of the scheme when it is put in practice and bringing forward resolves on them.

And the age of the knowledge-based economy needs the compound type accounting talents.

The scarcity and the improper development of computer talents has not only blocked the improvement of the rural information, but also is one of the important reasons that cause the backward economy of villages and unbalance in urban and rural development, which block the course of modernization.
