选择性动脉造影
诊断疾病的一种X线检查方法。将导管插入所需检查部位的动脉，然后注入造影剂使其显影，进行摄片，以了解该部位及其周围的情况。选择性动脉造影，用于腹部脏器疾病的检查。主要适用于原因不明的肝、脾肿大，腹部包块、腹痛，胰腺疾病，急性消化道大出血等疾病的诊断。同时也有助于制订治疗方案，还可作为治疗手段(如经过导管注入抗癌药或栓塞剂治疗肝癌）。对有严重心、肝、肾功能不全，出血性疾病或碘、普鲁卡因过敏者，禁忌做此项检查。
