By nonconforming finite element method,it is discussed the stationary Navier-Stokes equations and proved the problem of stability of approximate solutions with nonconforming elements proposed by Douglas,which plays an important role in revealing the rule of change of approximate solutions and provides a new algorithm for computing the stationary Navier-Stokes equations numerically.
