Taking a medium and small-sized medicine enterprise as an example,the paper discusses the medicines distribution in the construction of medical supervision network and supply network in Yunnan Province and proposes to use postal network to develop joint distribution.

The article reviewed the construction and developing process of rural drug supply network in China before and after the economic system reform,analyzed current reform orientation of drug distribution system,discussed the problems existing in the system construction,and putted forward some advices accordingly.
