DNA分子
DNA是由许多核苷酸构成的聚合物。核苷酸又由磷酸、脱氧核糖和碱基所构成。碱基有四种:腺嘌呤(A)、鸟嘌呤(G)、胞嘧啶(C)及胸腺嘧啶(T)。DNA分子是由两条多核苷酸链组成的双螺旋结构,两条链之间通过H链构成碱基对。碱基配对有一定规律,称为互补原则,即A配T,C配G。由于DNA分子结构的多样性和特异性,保证了基因所控制的遗传性状的多样性和特异性。
