| 缢蛏 Sinonovacula constricta 软体动物门双壳纲真瓣鳃目竹蛏科缢蛏属贝类。又称蛏仔、蜻。其贝壳自壳顶至腹缘有一条微凹的斜沟，形似绳索的缢痕，故而得名(见图)。缢蛏为中国和日本特有的广温性贝类，中国沿海均有分布，山东寿光、浙缢蛏江宁海、玉环、乐清，福建连江、长乐、福清、晋江等地是主产区。
缢蛏壳薄而脆，长方形。背、腹缘近平行，前缘稍圆，后缘略呈截形。足部肌肉发达，两侧扁平，在足孔周围有2～3排触手，水管细长。缢蛏生活于河口或有少量淡水注入的内湾，靠足部挖掘，穴居于潮间带的软泥或泥沙滩内。蛏体强大，底质松软，水温低时潜居较深，一般穴居深度10～20厘米。滤食性，主食底栖的或浮游能力不强的硅藻。雌雄异体，1年性成熟。在整个繁殖季节亲贝性腺成熟和排放3～4次，一般是大潮汛时成熟排放，小潮汛性腺恢复。缢蛏的养殖分采苗和养成两个阶段。缢蛏苗多附着在风浪平静、潮流畅通、流速缓慢而有适量淡水注入的内湾高、中潮区，水温15～30℃的沙泥层 。根据缢蛏的繁殖习性和幼虫的生活习性，及时进行平畦，能增加蛏苗的附着量，是蛏苗增产的重要技术措施。从蛏苗播种到养成商品规格的大蛏为养成阶段。缢蛏播种后至当年7～9月收获的称1年蛏或“新蛏”；到翌年收获的为2年蛏或“旧蛏” 。收获方法在泥沙质埕地可用短柄四龄耙、蛏刀或蛏锄挖捕，在软泥埕地多采用手足或蛏钩捕捉。 缢蛏肉滋味鲜美，除供鲜食外还可加工成罐头、蛏干和蛏油等。蛏肉有滋补、清热功效，能治疗产后虚损、烦热和痢疾等。蛏壳可治胃病和咽喉肿痛。 |
